Kenspeckle

Growing up I was a definite girly-girl. My imaginary world was always a fairytale world filled with princes and princesses, and a castle with a secret garden. Can you believe my favorite cartoon was Cinderella? I'd have to say that I've never grown out of my affinity for fairytales. I still enjoy Cinderella, Grimm's fairytales and anything that reminds me of those stories.
Recently, when Joel and I took a trip up to Duluth, MN, we happened upon a very unique art studio. The artwork displayed in the windows immediately caught my attention for it's distinct 19th Century qualities. Most of the artwork has a fairytale theme, and thus, became blog worthy. The use of the Letterpress in the creation of this artwork is also fascinating.
Here is a link for you to explore the world of Kenspeckle Letterpress artwork. Enjoy!
